David has over twenty years of experience with national retailers as a corporate executive. Thereafter he founded and grew an independent petroleum distributorship in the metro New York area. David has been involved in the development of over two million square feet of commercial retail properties from the Midwest to the East Coast and Puerto Rico.

Bradley has twenty years of experience in tax and finance in a variety of CPA firms including five years as a principal in the tax department of a firm specializing in the real estate industry. He has had extensive experience in negotiating and structuring acquisitions and leases as well as experience in resolving complicated environmental issues. Bradley is also a licensed attorney.

Jerry has over twenty-seven years experience in retail development in the eastern United States. His career began in Connecticut and advanced from store manager of one of the largest retail drug chains (CVS Pharmacy)  to becoming Vice President of their Southeast Real Estate Department before entering the development industry. Jerry’s experience covers every segment of the development process starting with market research to lease negotiations and then the actual construction, maintenance, and operation of the project.
